Brand new Sienna Bluetooth won’t pair

“Drove several hours to pick up our new Sienna yesterday. Everything went smoothly until the dealer was helping me set up the infotainment. It registered to my Toyota app fine, but repeatedly failed to pair over Bluetooth. Phone and car would see each other, but when tapped would spin for a minute then fail. Tried my wife’s phone, tried two salesmen’s phones, nothing would work. iPhone or android…”

“This is pretty much a rant... so feel free to ignore. I have a 2025 Offroad premium. For the most part, I love it. I love the giant screen, all the bells and whistles. I enjoy features like that.
