Tonneau bed cover question

“Maybe it's the time of day, but I'm getting bounced back and forth between Real Truck sales and customer service with no resolution. I have a 2011 Tacoma extended cab that came with this trifold hardcover when I bought it 2 years ago. This last latch has fallen out of where it should be screwed in, like the holes are stripped.
